Update for March 2009
Things have been going great here at Windermere on the Lake Condos. Our lobby is beautiful, the exercise room is loaded with top-notch equipment and weights. There are several flatscreen TV's to help pass the time while working out. The pool is not Olympic-sized, but clean and you can usually find some private time for a relaxing swim. There are always people in the game room shooting pool or just hanging out. We have yet to try the Virtual Golf, but one of our tennants was a regular, keeping his swing in shape during the off season.
We have had some very interesting guests. They have been from the Film Industry (from PeaceArch) and from Cineflix. The suite is getting ready to be used to shoot a new pilot for Fine Living Television. This is very exciting.
One of our guests from Johannesburg, SA; here, working in Toronto loved living right across from High Park and 2 mins. away from Lake Ontario's bicyle trials. He said he was seldom in during the summer months! It is such a great neighborhood.
We have had people staying here while their houses were being rennovated and found that it offered them an "at-home feel."
